Registering your accompanying person is mandatory to participate in the welcome cocktail, gala evening, excursion, and all breaks and lunches during the event. To do so, you can proceed to a registration with the fee “accompanying person”
Please note that children aged 12 and over will be charged the adult rate. There are no fees for children under 3.
Registration for the excursion is mandatory for security reasons and also required at the ferry terminal. You can add the option during your registration.
Excursion is not covered by NANOinBIO for local students and academics, and it is partially covered for other participants.
All funds raised through the Carbon-Neutral Option will be donated to the Regional Biodiversity Agency of Guadeloupe Islands (ARBIG) to support the project to inventory and protect the fauna of the seabed in the southern isles of Guadeloupe. Full details of the project are available on the ARBIG’s website.
